He also said:   "And whatever you ask in My name,   that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If  you ask anything in My name I will do"  (Jn. 14:13,14).
 The phrase in My name I  will do which He says here twice,  means that He Himself hears the  prayer.  Christ Himself, here, is the One  who gives; that the Father  may be glorified in the Son. It is unlike the  previous verse whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give  you. And this is a clear indication of His Divinity.
