"قَدْ جَعَلْتُ قُدَّامَكَ الْحَيَاةَ وَالْمَوْتَ. الْبَرَكَةَ وَاللَّعْنَةَ. فَاخْتَرِ الْحَيَاةَ لِكَيْ تَحْيَا" I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life ( سفر التثنية 30 : 19 )
