Lord I come to You in prayer for rest
Let weary bones settle in and tired muscles relax
I pray all racing thoughts calm
Let the mind focus on You Lord. Let the stress slowly ease and the body begin to lose all tension
I pray complete surrender of mind and body to You Lord
