Advices to fight the passion of polylogy or talking too much
Do not start a long conversation with the one who listens to you with a bad attitude, because you will make him feel very uncomfortable with you and will abhor you. Avoid speaking harshly and loudly, because you give the impression that you are vain and have a great idea of yourself. Never talk about yourself, your affairs and your relatives, unless it is necessary and even then talk as briefly as possible.
