We avoid judging

If we see only good in others, we avoid reproaching and judging them. However, if we pay attention on our own virtues, then we will be prideful and see others as inferior.

Be brave

The secret, if you want to have hope of saving yourself, is to trust yourself in Christ. Either when you get sick, or when difficult situations arise that can lead you to the point of despair, you have to be brave. The Lord will eventually lead you to where you need to go, but be courageous and brave.
