Spirituality needs effort, focus, and real spiritual life from the father and mother to be reflected on the children...
Beware of the strictness, taking things by the letter or else our kids will be raised as pharisees not saints ... some parents take the world literally!!
The husband may ruin the day just knowing that his wife used butter instead of oil on a fasting day while he insults and judges people!!!
This will bring up a child who is very careful for fasting days but hates people because you presented to him a distorted image of unpleasant religiousness..
