Hi Dear Readers, Two rather unexpected things came up today. One was that I tripped and fell as I mentioned earlier. It is very possible that I won't be able to walk for a while. I had to wonder if the Lord had a reason for allowing this.

I was reading this book today before the accident and I finished it up this evening. After the notes at the back was a challenge to give up 'all public reading, writing, conversation'.. and thinking about anything but asking the Lord to remove all pride from our lives for 30 days.

I talked to my hubby about it, and want to take on this challenge by Andrew Murray because I know there is still plenty of pride the Lord could remove from my heart. He's done so much.. but somehow I feel this is the right thing to do.

I hope the new format, showing so many of the posts from the last two months will help you in the coming month if you are a new visitor. I will miss sharing my devotionals.. but hope the Lord will make me better fit for his service through this break.

May the Lord bless each of you who visits this month, and may his words which are posted throughout, bless you and meet your needs. I'll be praying for you daily.
