ويُعتبران شفعاءً للعديد من الجهات. يُعرف بطرس
بأنه شفيع الصيادين والبابوية والكنيسة الجامعة
ويُعرف بولس بأنه شفيع المبشرين والإنجيليين والكتاب والعاملين في العلاقات العامة.
ويُحتفل بهما معًا كشفعاء مشتركين لروما، ويُعتبران من ركائز الكنيسة المسيحية.
Saints Peter and Paul are both highly revered and serve as patron saints for various entities. Peter is known as the patron saint of fishermen, the papacy, and the Universal Church. Paul is recognized as the patron saint of missionaries, evangelists, writers, and those involved in public relations. Together, they are also celebrated as joint patrons of Rome and are considered cornerstones of the Christian Church.
